I don't remember much about it. It was set in a middle ages like setting, and Jim was sent to escort Blair to marry Steven. They met in the woods and had to journey back together. I've been trying to find this AU story with no luck so far. Blair's father is a baron. He dies and Naomi marries a bad guy. Naomi dies and the bad guy tells Blair that his father (the baron) had left Naomi penniless which means that now Blair is penniless. I didn't see this in the tags.  I'd like to read stories where Blair or Jim is a Noble, whether an Emperor, a King, a Prince, or otherwise an important and powerful person in the upper levels of society.  Fairy tales are fine, and I enjoy both slash and gen.
